Large Cardiology Practice in Northwest Houston is looking for an outgoing Nuclear Stress Technologist to work with existing nuclear staff. Technologist will work between 2 locations that are 7 miles apart. They must demonstrate the knowledge of radiation safety, perform duties according to our policy and procedures and regulatory standards with minimal supervision all while providing exceptional patient care.

Job duties and Requirements
* Must have knowledge of cardioMD3 (Jetstream) and cardioMD1 (Pegasus)
* PET/Nuclear experience a plus, will train
* GE 4100 Case treadmill
* ARRT (n) or CNMT Compliant
* Follow ICANL/State of TX regulations
* EClinical knowledge a plus
* Preparation and running the patient stress test and nuclear test including patient interviews, obtaining medical history, obtaining patient consent and required signatures, and conducting patient teaching related to nuclear imaging procedure, including risks and complications.
* Assess patients' blood pressure, pulse and establish Peripheral Intravenous (IV) access.
* Preparation of pharmacological stress agents, dose calculation and administration.
* Completion of all daily paperwork and report in our Eclinical EMR
* Willing to perform Treadmill Stress test when time allows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.56 - $40.39 per hour
