MercyHealth Mulford, located in Rockford, IL is a stand alone clinic with laboratory and radiology department as well as OB/GYN and Internal Medicine Residency program and a full compliment of providers, we would have 3-4 with full pediatric services; well child visits, ill visits, nurse visits for immunizations, teaching, and school/sports physicals.
