Practice Highlights:

• Full-time position; Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Team includes 2 physicians and 4 advanced clinical practitioners
• Advanced clinical practitioners together with department physicians to evaluate patients, order testing, develop and oversee treatment plans
• Common diagnoses include sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, restless leg syndrome, and snoring
• Extended onboarding and training by department colleagues
• Outpatient-only setting; No call or weekend requirements
• Primary practice location in Corvallis. Some travel may be required to support potential secondary practice locations in local communities.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year degree.
• AANC or AANP certified family nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, or able to obtain
• Current OR DEA certificate required prior to start date. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to become confident and competent using sleep-related durable medical equipment
• Experience using multiple interventional strategies and opportunities to assist patients with symptom management
