Advanced Practice Provider - Center for Pain and Spine

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Pain and Spine Center. The APP will join a team of four advanced practice providers, along with seven spine and pain physicians, to provide primary assessment and care to patients with pain and spine disorders. This position works within a truly integrated environment with specialties in Orthopaedics, spine, and pain care. Minimum Education & Experience:

• Requirements for Nurse Practitioners: RN and APRN currently (or eligible) licensed in NH. Successful completion of an approved NP program and certification required (FNP, ANP or AGNP, ACAGNP all accepted).
• Requirements for Physician Assistant: Current (or eligible) certification to practice as a Physician's Assistant in the state of New Hampshire. Academic preparation at the Master's level is required.
• 2+ years’ of Advanced Practice procedural experience.
