We are expanding and have an opportunity for a Physician Assistant or APRN to join our Hartford location and be part of a supportive and collaborative team of 7 PA’s and 6 MD’s across the state. If you are a Certified Physician Assistant or APRN licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Connecticut, we would like to speak with you. 

 

The Role of the Physician Assistant/APRN Includes:

·        Working directly with the Director of Bronchoscopy and Interventional Pulmonology for the Departments of Thoracic Surgery, Pulmonary & Critical Care

·        Working in outpatient, inpatient, and operating room settings; performing in office procedures such as thoracentesis, lymph node biopsies, and more, managing new patients as well as post op care and surveillance

·        Active participation in the lung cancer screening program, pulmonary nodule program, cancer conferences, and multi-disciplinary conferences.

Qualifications

 

Advanced Practitioner Qualifications /Requirements

·        Certified Physician Assistant licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Connecticut

·        APRN license in the state of Connecticut

·        Experience is preferred
