Pediatric Audiologist

The opportunities - both career and personal - truly make New Hampshire the ideal place to work and play. We are seeking a full-time Audiologist to support our pediatric patient population. AuD or Master’s Degree in Audiology is required, as well as an active and current audiology license for the State of New Hampshire. Position Highlights:

• Full diagnostic audiology for pediatrics
• Emphasis on pediatric testing and auditory evoked potentials
• Participation in teaching and research projects as well as program development
• Academic appointment with Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth to be requested

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills which include the ability to thoroughly and effectively counsel patients and their families while building patient rapport
• Excellent written skills
• The ability to work in a very collaborative, team environment
• The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, providers and other team members

The Audiology Section at DH provides a range of diagnostic and amplification/management options for all ages and works closely with Otolaryngology/Otology. Various behavioral hearing tests and auditory physiologic measures are performed, including sedated and unsedated ABR, as well as OAEs, VNGs, VHITs, VEMPs and ECOGs.  Our aural rehabilitation services include hearing aid dispensing, cochlear implant management, osseointegrated technologies and hearing assistive technology (HAT). The clinic strives to practice evidence-based audiology and employs best practices.
