Envision Physician Services is currently a seeking a CRNA to join our team in Kissimmee-10 Weeks off, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and a $100K Sign On Bonus!

Highlights of the opportunity include:

• Team consists of 2 Physicians and 5 CRNA/CAAs
• 4 ORs + 2 endo rooms
• Cases consisting of General, GI, Orthopedic, Eyes and Podiatry
• Monday – Friday schedule
• 10 weeks off
• iProcedures for electronic charting
