Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a full time opening for a Cardiothoracic Surgical RNFA Nurse Practitioner.   Here is your chance to work with highly skilled and trained physicians who use state-of-the-art technology and innovative procedures for patients who are diagnosed with a disease of the chest, heart, lungs, esophagus or the major blood vessels and veins of the body.  

Position Details:

  • Full Time, 40 hours per week
  • Surgical Assist in cardiovascular and thoracic cases
  • Outpatient Ambulatory Visits & Hospital Rounding
  • Assess new consults in the clinic and hospital admissions
  • Assist with vein and radial harvesting; CABG and valve surgery

Requirements Needed to Apply:

  • Active Texas license
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with RNFA Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant studies from an approved PA program
  • Surgical cardiothoracic experience required, hospital & ambulatory experience preferred
  • Additionally, experience with robotic surgery a plus.
