The Position

1099, $1500k/day + $15k sign on bonus (for 1 year commitment) must have an LLC for payment

• No malpractice coverage

W-2 $200k/yr with $15k sign on bonus (for 1 year commitment):

• 6 weeks of vacation (18 days off plus holidays- average of 23 days off/yr, plus Thursday/Friday off)
• Work 133 days/yr
• 401k with the ability to contribute right away, 50 cents/dollar after 1 year up to 4% of income, 5 yr. vesting- 20% first year up to 100% vest in 5th year.
• $1500/year CME funds
• Malpractice covered

Part time 3 days/week, no call, holidays, or weekends.  Days are 7a-3p (but typically done by Noon)! 

Sedation, MAC, eye block cases ONLY (prefer the ability of CRNA to do blocks; the facility will pay for block course if needed).  10-15 cases/ day (most cases take 15-30 minutes).  2 OR rooms in the facility.  No Peds.  The projected start date is Feb 1st. 2025 (facility open to CRNA starting sooner).  The facility is open to a candidate that does their own billing for their services
