Job Summary:

Lakeview Hospital is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in spine to join an established private practice in Bountiful, Utah.

Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible 
• Eligible for Utah licensure
• Completion of Orthopedic Surgery Residency and Spine Fellowship
• Join existing group of 10 orthopedic surgeons, including one existing Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
• Thriving private practice with supportive leadership and staff
• Opportunity for surgical center utilization and investment
• Ability to grow a busy practice
