Emergency Medicine Physician

Provide excellent patient care while you enjoy living in sunny Florida. TeamHealth is seeking an emergency medicine (EM) physician for our freestanding ED in beautiful Waterford Lakes, Florida! The AdventHealth Waterford Lakes ED is part of the AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital and the AdventHealth Lake Nona freestanding ED. In this role, you will have the ability to pick up shifts at the main hospital if desired.

Opportunity Overview: 

• Opened in 2019
• 32,000 annual visits
• Physicians work 9-hour shifts and there is daily APC coverage
• Free scribe coverage, EMR is EPIC
• Our group manages internal EMS and all internal transfers
• Observation unit up to 24 hours
• Must be board certified/prepared in EM through ABEM or AOBEM
