Opportunity Overview:

St. Claire HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and visionary Director of Osteopathic Education to lead our University of Kentucky Rural Family Medicine Residency program. This unique opportunity allows you to shape a 4/4/4 residency program with Osteopathic Recognition within a supportive community and healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance the Osteopathic Education program, upholding high standards of osteopathic principles and practices.
  • Oversee the professional development of faculty and residents, with a focus on advancing Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and associated educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine to strengthen program integration and support.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for faculty and residents, encouraging mentorship and growth.

Qualifications:

  • AOA Certification is required.
  • Previous experience in Osteopathic Faculty roles is preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills in medical education and program management.
