We are in search of a dedicated, fellowship trained, board certified/eligible Geriatrician to bring their expertise in Senior medical care to our Cottonwood Clinic. This clinic is multidisciplinary and collaborative including onsite Primary Care, Diabetes Management, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Infusion, Urgent Care, Podiatry, Lab, and Pharmacist.

Position Information

• Seeking one BC/BE Geriatric fellowship, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine trained physician

• 4 facing patient days, 1 dedicated admin day

• Employment position with the Intermountain Medical Group

Requirements

• Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine

• Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license

• U.S. ACGME Residency
