Seeking OB/GYN Physicians to Choose from Two Private Practices Affiliated with Baptist Health in Montgomery, Alabama

Baptist Health, an affiliate of the UAB Health System, is seeking  BC/BE Obstetrics/Gynecology physicians for two private practices in the affluent east side of Montgomery, Alabama. We are looking for well-trained physicians who are able to provide quality, compassionate care to our community. Practice Features:

• OB/GYN Associates of Montgomery: This is an OB/GYN practice of seven full-time physicians, two part-time physicians, and a laborist. We have been providing women’s healthcare for more than 28 years and proudly offer cutting-edge Obstetrics & Gynecological care for all phases of life. 
  • Hours: 8:00-4:30/Mon-Thurs & 8:00-Noon/Fridays
  • OB Hospitalists are available to help with night and weekend call
  • Call is 1:7
• Physicians for Women: Is seeking an additional OB/GYN physician to join this well-established practice of four OB/GYN physicians and one nurse practitioner. 
  • Hours: 8:30-5:00/Mon-Thurs & 8:30-12:30/Fridays
  • Call is shared with an additional practice and is 1:6.

 Both Practices:

• These practices serve only one hospital, Baptist Medical Center East, and are conveniently located within one mile of the hospital.

Hospital Highlights:

• 16 LDRs with 3 OB ORs, 2 Xi Da Vinci Robots, and 4 bed PICU
• Antepartum 12 bed unit
• OB Triage-6 beds / Postpartum-26 beds (new unit) / Level 3 NICU-25 beds
• Women’s Services-Women’s Med/Surgical unit with OB overflow 18 beds
• WBN/Transition Nursery-32 beds. Modified rooming in. Babies admitted in L&D-travel with mothers if stable.
• In-house MFM Clinic with fastest growing Maternal-Fetal Medicine Clinic-telemedicine in the State of Alabama
• Lactation RNs-internationally certified (IBLCE)
• Childbirth education (baby care, car seat safety, breastfeeding, natural childbirth, childbirth, etc.)
• Skilled, committed, dedicated nursing staff-many with national certifications in their area of expertise
• National/International reputation for management of adoption, surrogacy, etc.
