Join one of the nation’s largest, most respected health systems and experience what it means to live well. Advocate Health is seeking an orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine to serve patients at the Aurora Medical Center - Summit, in Summit, Wisconsin.
Position highlights
- Full-time orthopedic sports medicine opportunity
- Surgeries will be performed at the Aurora Medical Center in Summit, a 117-bed community hospital located in beautiful Lake Country
- You will see patients at the medical office building on the hospital campus and also at our Waukesha location
- You will enjoy great variety and a robust practice with patients referred from physicians on-site and within the surrounding communities
- Excellent staff with APPs, athletic trainers, Physical Therapy and RNs
- All equipment and services on site including lab, x-ray, ultrasound, and rehab services; radiology is within the suite
- Great location, beautiful lake country with excellent schools
- Call is approximately 1:5
- Dynamic orthopedic service line and medical group leadership in place who understand what is important to you and will help establish and maintain a supportive and robust practice environment
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
- Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
- Starting salary range: $630,000-$630,000
- Sign-on bonus eligible

- Fellowship training from an accredited orthopedic sports medicine program
- Strong desire to build and grow a solid orthopedic practice
