Advocate Health is seeking a Neurologist to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at the Aurora Medical Center in Fond du Lac, WI-just an hour away from Milwaukee.

- Subspecialists willing to see general Neurology are also invited to apply

- EEG/EMG services a plus
- Enjoy excellent clinical and operational support with Epic EMR
- 1 clinic-1 Hospital (10 beds) with Acute/Tele-stroke support and minimal call
- 2-year Guarantee $402,428 - $402,428
- Up to $200,000 in sign on bonus and Student Loan Forgiveness
- We are a 501c3 organization and positions qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
- Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Training and/or experience required:
- Completion of an ABMS accredited residency and/or fellowship program
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Neurology and related fellowship
