About the Opportunity

Henry Ford Health and Ascension have partnered to create an innovative joint venture as of October 1, 2024. Together, we are redefining healthcare delivery with Stellantis to provide personalized healthcare solutions for their workforce.

We are seeking a Lead Primary Care Physician to lead an integrated multidisciplinary care team at our state-of-the-art near-site employer-based health center. This is an incredible opportunity to provide comprehensive care to adults and children while working in collaboration with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Center Highlights

  • Primary Care for adults and children
  • Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, and Pharmacist support
  • Diagnostic imaging, lab, pharmaceutical dispensing, and point-of-care testing
• Newly Renovated:
  • Completely modernized space with brand-new equipment and furnishings
• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday & Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday & Thursday: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• After-Hours Call Coverage: Rotational schedule of 1:3

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care visits including:
  • Preventive care, chronic condition management, acute care, virtual visits, and vaccinations
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic and high-quality care
• Lead and inspire a dedicated care team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Qualifications

• MD/DO, completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
