Live Well Family Medicine has an excellent opportunity for a BE/BC Primary Care Provider to join our growing primary care group in Chandler, AZ. We seek quality driven healthcare providers to our well established patient base. We aim to provide the best level of healthcare, focusing on our patients. Our practice focuses on treating each patient as a whole person while providing patient-centered, comprehensive, primary care for all ages. We take our time in getting to know our patients and their medical history.
