*What You'll Do:*
* Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs).
* Oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
* Provide supervision and training to RBTs (15-20% of their hours).
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on data and progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team consultations.
* Contribute to a positive, solution oriented team culture.

*What We're Looking For:*
* Active *BCBA certification* in good standing with the BACB.
* *Arizona LBA license* (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
* Strong foundation in ABA principles and clinical implementation.
* Experience with behavioral assessments and data analysis.
* Skilled communicator with a team-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
* Passion for helping children and families live their best lives.
