An established private multi-specialty group is seeking an Oncologist to join their team following a physician's retirement. This is an employed position offering a competitive salary, transitioning into a productivity-based model with the opportunity for shareholder status.

Job Function:

Need is due to retirement of Oncologist
Join 5 Oncologists with one of them retiring in late 2025 or early 2026
4 day work week and all Oncologists work 4 days a week.
95% outpatient and maybe 5% inpatient
Call is 1:10 with other Oncologists in the community
Great payor mix - mostly commercial or insured by university and local private schools
Value based medicine and there are potential quality bonuses
Clinics have all ancillaries, lab, injectables, free standing infusion and med pharmacy for oral meds

Job Requirements:

Must be BE/BC in Oncology
NJ license required
Will consider either new grad or experienced provider
