ProCare Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist to support our special education students. You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and collaborate with the IEP team to implement strategies to help students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement therapy programs for students with special needs
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
Collaborate with teachers and special education staff
Monitor and document student progress

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid state licensure
Experience working with special education students in a school setting

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a variety of disabilities
Effective communication skills with students, parents, and staff
