Who are you?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assisted Living Certified Medication Aide to join our team. The primary role of this position is to provide high-quality daily care services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with basic activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, and personal care.
Accurately set up, administer, and document all medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
Foster a supportive and caring atmosphere for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
License/Certification: Must be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) with a valid certification, valid CPR certification
Experience: Previous experience in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
