*Job Description*
* Evaluate and treat patients with customized occupational therapy plans
* Work with patients to improve mobility, coordination, and daily function
* Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
* Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
* Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants
* Maintain accurate case management records and productivity reports
* Engage in community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed
*Qualifications*
* Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
* Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wyoming
* Strong understanding of upper extremity, pediatric, and neurological treatments
* Excellent patient communication and education skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
