Overview:

Due to growth and an increasing caseload, Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, part-time, or PRN position at their private practice clinic in San Jose. The position may also include providing treatment at an onsite corporate wellness center for a major tech company in Cupertino. Additional opportunities are available in Cupertino.

Clinic Hours / Work Schedule:

Clinic hours are 7am-8pm Monday through Friday, with earlier closure at 7pm on Mondays and Fridays. The clinic is also open on Saturdays from 7:30am to 2:45pm.

Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy staffs both its two private practice clinics and threecorporate wellness locations.

The work schedule is flexible based on your availability and patient needs, with a preference for evening hours. No prior experience is necessary, and new grads are welcome to apply.

For full-time positions, the schedule includes working four or five days a week, with oneSaturday per month.

Caseload:

The primary caseload consists mainly of orthopedic conditions, ranging from post- operative care and prevention screenings to chronic pain, for patients of all ages. The clinician will provide one-on-one direct patient care. Clinicians will perform no more than 3 evaluations per day.

Compensation:

The starting salary for full-time positions is $100,000 per year, with potential for increases based on experience and qualifications. Base pay is just one piece of the total compensation package offered by Quinn Orthopedic.

Job Requirements:

* Licensed Physical Therapist in State of California

* DPT degree from CAPTE University

* CPR-AED and BLS Certified

* COVID Vaccinated (per Federal Mandate)

* Willing to follow Mask Mandate as applicable

* Must be able to stand, bend, push, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

* Adequate visual and auditory acuity to ensure patient and operational safety
