*Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)*
*$15,000 sign on bonus*

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled *Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)* with at least *one year of experience* to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. We accept both *ARRT-certified and CRT-certified* candidates.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures following physician orders.
* Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images for accurate diagnosis.
* Ensure proper patient positioning, shielding, and radiation protection.
* Review and evaluate images for quality before submission to radiologists.
* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
* Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions.
* Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

*Qualifications:*
* *Minimum 1 year of experience* as a Radiologic Technologist.
* *ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification OR CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) accepted.*
* *Associate's or Bachelor's degree* in Radiologic Technology.
* BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
