We are currently seeking a dedicated *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our team and work within a *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*. *Position Overview:*
In this role, you will:
* Conduct evaluations, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families to reinforce therapy goals.
* Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with SNF policies.
*Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
* Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* At least one year of clinical experience (no CFYs).
* Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
