*Position Overview:*
In this role, you will:
* Assist Physical Therapists in conducting evaluations, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, including mobility and strength disorders.
* Implement individualized treatment plans for patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families to reinforce therapy goals.
* Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies.
*Qualifications:*
* Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
* Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is preferred, but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
