Licensed Social Worker - Acute - (LSW - Acute)
StartDate: 6/2/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2041.95 - $2237.46
Temporary need for a LICSW Social Worker starting at the beginning of June. The position will provide support for case management services including discharge planning and care coordination to the inpatients and outpatients of Nantucket Cottage Hospital. This will also include insurance authorizations and follow up for commercially insured patients who are admitted for care. Position will also provide some social work support in the care collaboration model between Social Services and Case Management departments at NCH.

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
