*We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)* for the following On Call shifts:

*Long-Term Care*
* FT mornings 7-3:30
* FT eves 3-11:30
* On-Call eves 3-11:30 (must work min. 4 shifts month including 1 weekend)
* On-Call nights 11-7:30 (must work min. 4 shifts month including 1 weekend)

*Psychiatric (CBH)*
* FT nights 12-Hr shifts
* On-Call nights 12 -hour shifts (must work min. 4 shifts month including 1 weekend)

*Assisted Living*
* On-Call nights 10:45pm-7:15am (must work min. 4 shifts month including 1 weekend)

Requirements include:
* Active CA LVN License
* IV certification
* CPR/First Aid
* Fire Card within 90 days of hire
* Computer literacy
* Experience working with the geriatric population preferably in a community health setting
* Able to work in an automated environment
* Fingerprint clearance as required by the Department of Social Services
