*D & S Diversified Technologies - Headmaster LLP is the testing company for nurse aides in your state. We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses to observe the skills portion of the exam.*

*So what exactly does an RN Test Observer do, and how much can an RN Test Observer make? Well an RN Test observer works in four hour blocks testing 8 students. The entire process is computerized and you check that a candidate does or does not do each step for a pre-selected skill.*

*You are paid based on the number of skills tests and knowledge tests you administer. The more candidates you observer the quicker you become. The base rate is approximately $33 for a skills test per candidate and they finish in about 30 minutes or less. But more than the money, you are making a large difference in these students' lives and helping fill the shortage of nurse aides in your state.*

*Many RN Test Observers say that this is the best nursing job they have ever had.*

*Qualifications*
