Job Duties:
* Making and monitoring patient vital signs.
* Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
* Administering medication.
* Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
* Maintaining accurate patient records.
* Collecting specimen samples when needed.
* Taking an active part in patient care planning.
* Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training.
* Preparing patients for transfers or discharge.
* Assisting in medical procedures.
Job Requirements:
* 2 years LTC/SNF experience
* BLS Certification
Schedule:
* 3x12
* 6:30 am - 7:00 pm
* 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
* 2:30 pm - 3:00 am
* 36 hours in a week
