*HealthSmart Pro* is looking for dedicated *Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers flexibility and an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a variety of healthcare settings.
Contract: 12 weeks

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of RNs and physicians.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
* Perform routine patient assessments and document observations.
* Assist with wound care, catheterizations, and other medical procedures.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
* Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care instructions.
* Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
*Qualifications*:
* Current *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* license.
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* 2 Step PPD
* 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic healthcare environments.
*We are currently looking for employees in the following areas*: Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted living.

* LTC, SNF, or Assisting living: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
