*Key Responsibilities*:
* Provide direct and individualized patient care in accordance with physician orders.
* Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document care plans.
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update medical records.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
* Educate patients and families on healthcare management and post-discharge care.
* Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
*Qualifications*:
* Current *Registered Nurse (RN)* license.
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
* Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
* Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments.
*We are currently looking for employees in the following areas*: Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted living.
