We need a bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, and families.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support the overall well-being of clients.
* Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatment and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services.

*Qualifications:*
* Current California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW
* Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bilingual English/Spanish
