Qualifications

Physical Therapy License in NY (active physical therapist)
Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric and/or pediatric populations
New-grad physical therapists are welcome! We offer a VERY strong and structured mentorship program - make sure to inquire about this!

Additional Information

We work with Medicare - eligible geriatric patients.
We also work in pediatrics via OPWDD program
Physical Therapists can choose to accept geriatric and pediatric patients on a case-by-case basis.

Expectations

Physical therapist should be able to travel between the homes of patients in geriatric and pediatric populations
Provide a level of care that you would want your loved ones to receive!!
Timely submission of documentation using our chosen EMR, WebPT
Good communication between the front desk and therapists is very important. We use text/email for most communication
Eagerness to progress their patients to their highest potential. Help us debunk the myth that homecare therapy is poor and lacks skill :)
