*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing support to clients and their families. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve through evidence-based practices.
*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and strengths of clients.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
* Provide direct therapy services to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Train and supervise staff in behavioral intervention techniques and data collection methods.
* Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis and related medical terminology.
*Skills*
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
* Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disorders.
* Proficient in patient care practices and behavioral therapy techniques.
* Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
* Experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is highly desirable.
* Excellent data collection skills for tracking client progress and program effectiveness.
* Ability to document medical records accurately and comprehensively.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
