Your Role as a Clinical Program Manager (LCSW / LMFT)

Be part of a transformative recovery program! Our center offers a range of services for our community, including programs tailored for both adolescents and adults. Whatever your specialty, we'd love to have you join our team! In this role, you'll guide and develop a team of Counselors, co-lead evidence-based groups (like CBT, DBT), and create the curriculum for group counseling sessions, all while ensuring compassionate, trauma-informed care. This is a unique opportunity to lead a holistic approach to recovery that includes medical, legal, vocational, and educational support-empowering men to build healthy, productive lives.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement

Conduct group intake assessments, develop treatment and transition plans, and adhere to HIPAA and documentation standards.
Lead evidence-based group counseling sessions and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Collaborate with internal and external mental health, medical, and case management services for comprehensive client support.

Staff Performance & Development

Supervise, train, and provide feedback for Counselors.
Set high standards of professionalism and customer service for staff interactions with guests and the community.
Train staff in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based care.

Program Leadership & Administration

Oversee group counseling curriculum, policy compliance, and data entry.
Provide training and ensure adherence to certification standards for staff.
Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication to foster a collaborative environment.

Community & Interdepartmental Collaboration

Coordinate with community agencies to enhance client care and continuity.
Serve as a model for integrity, empathy, and respectful communication in all interactions.
Educate other foundation staff about the recovery program's impact.

Qualifications

Licensure: Licensed in California as an MFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist
Leadership: Proven experience in training and supervising clinical staff
Crisis Intervention: Skilled in crisis response, conflict resolution, and working with diverse populations.
Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office; willing to engage with digital tools.
