As a Nursing Assistant at Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

*Responsibilities of a CNA Restorative:*
* Assists patients with transfers and walking.
* Assists patients with range of motion and strength training exercises.
* Communicates and documents service and any condition changes.
* Assists resident / patient with dressing / grooming.
* Assists resident / patient with amputation and prosthesis care.
* Assists with eating and swallowing exercises.
* Applies and monitors splinting.

*Qualifications for a CNA*:
* Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
* Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of practice required.
