What You'll Do:
Deliver expert emergency nursing care, quickly assessing and stabilizing critically ill or injured patients.
Perform rapid interventions, including administering medications, IV fluids and life-saving treatments.
Work closely with trauma teams, physicians and specialists to coordinate urgent and complex care.
Monitor patient conditions, responding decisively to changes in status.
Communicate effectively with patients and families, offering support, education and reassurance in high-stress situations.

Who We're Looking For:
A high-energy ER nurse who thrives in high-pressure situations, demonstrates strong clinical judgment and is committed to exceptional patient care.
Education, Licensures & Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active RN license in Illinois required
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Experience:
Emergency nursing, trauma or critical care experience preferred
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, stabilize and manage patients experiencing acute medical conditions.
Administer medications, IV therapies and emergency treatments as directed.
Assist with trauma response, resuscitation and critical care procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and interventions.
Participate in emergency drills, continuing education and hospital-wide quality initiatives.
Ensure compliance with emergency protocols, infection control measures and hospital policies.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide seamless, patient-centered care.
