_*Community Alternatives, Inc is looking for motivated staff to implement strength based, client focused behavioral health services and positively impact the lives of our clients.*_
_*The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides 1-1 behavioral interventions in the home, school or community settings and works directly with the client and guardian.*_ *Job Functions:*
* implement treatment plan and interventions
* promote developmentally appropriate behaviors
* maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
* utilize ABA interventions
* transfer skill to family/school/etc
* engage in supervision and training
* complete clinical documentation
* utilize crisis plans
* electronic paperwork submission
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* High School Diploma - or -Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, or related field
* Official transcripts and degree
* Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
* Updated TB test
* Updated physical
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
