US Heart and Vascular is in need of a full time Dual Sonographer to join our team at Heartplace in Dallas, TX. The sonographer will be responsible for performing echocardiography and vascular studies and related tests as ordered by the physician in accordance with acceptable medical practices and procedures.  

Sign- on bonus is available for well qualified candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs 2-D Echo and Doppler studies.
• Performs Stress Echo studies.
• Responsible for performing a variety of noninvasive vascular evaluations
• Follows all OSHA and other safety guidelines.
• Ensures all required licensure/certification always remain active/current.
• Provides excellent customer service and the highest quality patient care.
• Actively demonstrates teamwork.
• Always adheres to company safety standards.
• Attends work in accordance with the attendance management policy.
• Completes education requirements timely as set by the Company.
• Duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
• May be required to move between locations as needed.

 Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience is preferred but not required.
• Current registry in adult echocardiography through ARDMS or CCI is required.

• Registry in vascular testing is desired but will consider experienced vascular sonographer who is registry eligible and able to obtain certification by the deadline set by the Company.
