*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions with clients
- Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address behavioral health concerns
- Conduct clinical research and contribute to evidence-based practices
- Provide addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse
*Experience:*
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) certification required
- Proficiency in psychopharmacology and understanding of medication management
- Experience working with adults
- Knowledge of behavioral health theories and interventions
- Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy and its application in a clinical setting
- Ability to conduct clinical research studies and stay up-to-date with current research findings
*Skills:*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective counseling sessions
- Ability to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of systems theory and its application in a clinical setting
- Understanding of addiction counseling principles and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
