*Responsibilities*
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
* Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's needs and goals.
* Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies as needed.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records and documentation.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, addiction, and promote awareness.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Be a team player with the administrative team and clinical staff
* Works with other clinical staff to develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate
prevention and educational activities.
* Is familiar with regulation and adheres to accreditation and compliance standards/guidelines (DCF, JACHO)
* Maintains a professional, organized, clean working environment as dictated by organizational policies and safety standards
* Participate in department meetings.

*Requirements*
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health or a related field.
* Current state licensure as a LMHC/LCSW/LMFT, preferred
* Proven experience in providing psychotherapy or counseling services.
* Experience with trauma counseling, preferred
* Experience in working with veterans, preferred
* Experience with holistic modalities, preferred
* At least three (2) years' experience in the assessment and/or treatment of adult substance abuse clients.
* Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and models.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
* Must be willing to work Sundays
