Sharon Care Center is looking to hire for a part time or prn, experienced Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience in a SNF setting and have excellent social skills. However, we are willing to train the right candidate. We offer competitive pay and benefits. An applicant must have a current license, be able to pass a comprehensive background check, read and write English, and have excellent customer service skills. We offer very competitive pay that can be discussed at the time of an interview. We also reimburse annually for the cost of your license.

Sharon Care center is a locally owned skilled nursing facility in Centralia, WA. We are a small skilled facility with an attached assisted living and memory care. We have a great reputation for providing excellent resident care. We have happy and healthy crew of staff that provide superb care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans

• Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion

• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities

• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

• Experience working with elderly patients or in a skilled nursing facility is preferred, but not required

• Ability to adapt and adjust as you are working in the resident's home environment

• Ability to be part of our dynamic team
