```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
```Duties```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Participate in discharge planning and coordination of care
```Experience```
- Experience working with seniors, and individuals requiring home care or hospital care
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards
- Familiarity with dermal fillers and their administration is a plus
- Understanding of physiology and the human body's response to illness or injury
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
