## Overview
Full Time outpatient PT and PTA positions are available as of September 2024. Come join our team in a new state of the art facility with a friendly out-going staff that provides a combination of a nurturing environment and professional care. At least a Master of Science in Physical Therapy required for PT candidates, and an associate in applied science in Physical Therapist Assistant for PTA candidates. Montana license or MT license eligible required for both. Pay range: PT $79,000-$87,500/year DOE; and PTA $29-$33/hour DOE. Competitive benefits including PTO, Sep-IRA, payment of annual licensing fees and APTA dues, and continuing education. $5000 sign on bonus or loan repayment available. New graduates are always welcome.
## Responsibilities
-PT will evaluate patients and establish appropriate plan of care.
-PTA will assist physical therapists in providing treatment to patients
-PTA implement therapeutic exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Both will monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Both will educate patients on exercises and activities to improve their condition
- Assist in preparing treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
## Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is helpful, clinical experience in an outpatient setting is acknowledged and helpful.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Certification as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care
- Computer skills necessary in order to learn and use an EMR
