*What You'll Do:*
* Oversee and supervise the nursing staff on assigned weekend shifts.
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to ensure quality care delivery.
* Assess resident needs, develop care plans, and implement evidence-based practices.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.
* Ensure resident safety and well-being throughout the weekend.
* Document care accurately and comprehensively according to company policies and regulations.
* Respond to resident and family concerns, promoting open communication and a positive experience.
*We are looking for an RN with:*
* An active RN license in the state of Florida (required).
* Current CPR certification (required).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing care setting (preferred).
* Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to resident-centered care.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
