Registered Nurse Manager

Duties:

- Oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols and standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to promote efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
- Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, including family planning, esthetic laser treatment, discharge planning, coding, health coaching, neonatal ventilator care, mammography, sonography, ostomy care, and spinal tap procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal care.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state].
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in various areas of healthcare, including family planning, esthetic laser treatment, discharge planning, coding, health coaching, neonatal ventilator care, mammography, sonography, ostomy care, and spinal tap procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in healthcare.
