Job Description Neurologist:

Neurologist to perform full range of medical services to diagnose, treat, and manage patients as required and in strict compliance with standing orders and protocols set forth.

Physicians will have successfully completed an Undergraduate program, Medical School (M.D. or D.O.), Internship and Neurology Residency Program.

Shall have been actively practicing neurology for at least 3 of the past 4 years.

Current Medical License in good standing from any of the US states, territories or commonwealths.

Current DEA registration number.

Must be a US citizen.

Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred but not required.

Shall demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the appropriate patient population served: Infants, Children, Adolescent, Adults and Geriatric (>65).
