About Us

UAMS Southwest in Texarkana is one of eight regional centers across the state. Serving as an Area Health Education Center, the campus is home to three UAMS colleges, two primary care clinics, a pediatric clinic, a family medicine residency program, community education programs, and a comprehensive medical library. The UAMS Southwest mission: Teaching, Healing, Searching and Serving.
